01
Start with obligations, not folders
Most people start by organizing files. RemindQue starts with the action that must happen: renew, review, cancel, book, pay, file, or follow up. Each obligation should have a due date, owner, recurrence, status, and proof location.
02
Create early warning windows
A useful life admin system warns you before the deadline is stressful. Passport, visa, insurance, license, warranty, and subscription tasks often need a 60, 30, 14, and 7 day view.
03
Keep family ownership explicit
Shared admin fails when responsibility is implied. Assign owners for each deadline and keep dependent-specific dates visible without mixing sensitive notes into every reminder.
