By creating an account or using RemindQue, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

RemindQue is operated by Arif Mahammad Khan, an individual developer, under the product name RemindQue.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use RemindQue.
• You must be legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.
• If local law requires parental or guardian consent for you to use online services, you may only use RemindQue with that consent.
• By using RemindQue, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure, including the sign-in method you use.
• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Use one account per person.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

RemindQue is a reminder, organization, and life-admin tracking tool. It helps you track obligations such as renewals, deadlines, filings, appointments, and compliance dates.

You are solely responsible for verifying official deadlines, requirements, documents, renewals, filings, payments, penalties, and compliance with the relevant authority, provider, institution, employer, insurer, adviser, or professional.

RemindQue does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered on time, that every obligation will be captured, or that the app will be error-free.

• You retain ownership of all content you enter into RemindQue, including obligations, notes, family member information, and vehicle details.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• Do not enter information about other people without their knowledge or permission.
• If you manage family members' obligations, you confirm that you have their consent or the authority to manage their information.

RemindQue includes AI-powered LifeAI chat and process guides.

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only.
• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• AI output is not legal, tax, medical, financial, insurance, government, immigration, travel, or professional advice.
• Always verify AI-generated information with official sources before acting on it.
• Do not rely on AI output for critical decisions.
• Do not enter sensitive personal information into AI features.

RemindQue offers a free tier and a premium tier.

• Premium includes unlimited obligations, unlimited vehicles, family hub up to 5 members, LifeAI chat and process guides, advanced reminders, delegation, and data export.
• The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid annual subscription.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can cancel auto-renewal through Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective refund policies. We do not process payments directly.
• If you switch devices or reinstall the app, use Restore Purchases to recover your subscription.
• We may change pricing with notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.
• Premium features may change over time as the product evolves.

1. Do not access another person's account without permission.
2. Do not reverse engineer, copy, resell, or misuse the service.
3. Do not circumvent feature limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
4. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
5. Do not overload our infrastructure or use automated scraping.
6. Do not use RemindQue for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• We aim to keep RemindQue available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• The app is designed to work offline with sync when connectivity is available.
• Offline data may not sync until the app connects to the internet.
• We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.
• We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, sync delays, or missed notifications.

• You can stop using RemindQue at any time.
• You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the service or other users.
• Upon termination, your right to use RemindQue ends.
• Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

• RemindQue is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that reminders will be delivered on time, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that all obligations will be tracked accurately.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed deadlines, expired documents, lapsed insurance, penalties, fines, late fees, or losses arising from reliance on RemindQue.
• Our total liability for any claim related to RemindQue is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• RemindQue, its design, logos, and content, excluding user content, are owned by us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from RemindQue without permission.
• Open-source components used in RemindQue are governed by their respective licenses.

RemindQue may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Apple, Google, government portals, and other official sources. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will update the Last Updated date and may be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using RemindQue and delete your account.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RemindQue will be resolved in the courts of India.
• Nothing in this section limits your right to bring claims in your local jurisdiction if required by applicable consumer protection law.
